Q: What is pre galvanized steel round pipe? 
A: Pre galvanized steel round pipe is made of low carbon steel strip, roll formed and high frequency welded, with a complete zinc coating covered on the pipe surface in advance. It features round hollow structure, good anti-rust performance and smooth appearance, widely used for guardrail, greenhouse, steel structure and cable conduit.
 
Q: What is the difference between pre-galvanized and hot dipped galvanized pipe? 
A: Pre-galvanized pipe has thinner but uniform zinc layer, smoother surface and lower price, suitable for indoor and normal outdoor use. Hot dipped galvanized pipe has thicker zinc layer for stronger corrosion resistance, ideal for severe humid and coastal environments.
 
Q: What sizes do you supply? 
A: We provide complete outer diameters, wall thicknesses and standard lengths. Custom sizes, fixed lengths and special wall thickness can also be produced according to customer drawings and requirements.

Q: Does it need painting after installation? 
A: Normally no need. The pre-galvanized surface is smooth and anti-rust enough for direct use. If you need darker color or higher anti-corrosion requirement, you can spray extra paint on the surface.

Q: What is the service life of pre galvanized steel round pipe? 
A: In dry indoor environment, it can last more than 15–20 years. In ordinary outdoor environment, it can keep stable for 8–12 years. Service life depends on local humidity and weather conditions.
